Sophie van Geest is a Dutch animator, director and artist. She’s passionate about telling stories that help people feel more connected and less alone. Her work often explores hope, connection, the inner world, surrealism and magical realism. She enjoys collaborating and working in teams, but can also work independently when needed.
Sophie is currently studying animation at the Willem De Kooning Academy in Rotterdam and is expected to graduate in 2027.
